Supervisors oversee the production team and team leaders within the Production department. This will involve liaising with other departments to ensure staff fulfil customer orders within agreed timeframes.
Team Leaders coordinate the day to day running of the production team, ensure adherence to compliance standards and Restore Digital policies. They are a key member of the production team effectively working with other members of the Production Departments to meet strict SLA’s.
The Transport Supervisor oversees fleet management, ensuring vehicles meet budget, safety, and service standards. Responsibilities include using KPIs and telematics to improve performance, supporting a positive team culture, ensuring driver compliance, and optimizing operations, all while maintaining FORS accreditation.
The Fitter Supervisor leads a team of up to 10, managing furniture moves, relocations, and installations. Key duties include collaborating on large projects, acting as the client liaison, ensuring productivity, managing resources, providing training, maintaining safety and quality, solving technical issues, and driving company vehicles when needed.
The Head of Relocation Services oversees operations, ensuring high service quality and customer experience. Responsibilities include managing safety, compliance, fleet, and projects, along with financial oversight (budget/P&L). The role also involves leading the team, collaborating with senior leaders, and driving efficiency, savings, and risk management solutions.
The Operations Supervisor supports the Site Manager in managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring targets are met and compliance with safety standards. Key duties include overseeing shift handovers, order processing, and supporting the FLT team. The role also involves resolving customer issues, maintaining warehouse security, and assisting with capacity planning and continuous improvement.
The Operations Manager oversees daily operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and alignment with company procedures. Key tasks include setting KPIs, maintaining health and safety, meeting client SLAs, and driving continuous improvement. The role also involves managing service quality, team productivity, equipment maintenance, and supporting business changes with the Site Manager.
As General Manager, you'll oversee operations at the Optima Park and Norwich depots, ensuring efficiency, safety, and service delivery. Responsibilities include managing P&L, customer service, health and safety, and the vehicle fleet. You’ll lead staff, implement cost-saving initiatives, resolve issues, and support recruitment, training, and business planning.
