As a 3.5 Tonne driver, you could be taking goods from one of our sites to another, supporting a client relocation, or delivering and collecting documents from a client site.

If you’re a Class 2 driver, you’ll be relocating anything from libraries to heritage items or laboratory equipment. Or, as a Secure Collection Operative, you’ll be collecting and delivering secure documents for shredding or destruction.

Relocation Operative Van Driver (3.5 Tonnes)

As a Relocation Operative 3.5t Van Driver, you will play a vital role in our dynamic team, engaging in a physically demanding and hands-on position. You'll drive 3.5t vehicles, manage moves, and work on diverse projects involving the transportation of heavy equipment to new premises, recycling centers, and storage facilities. Key responsibilities include safely operating commercial vehicles, adhering to company and legislative requirements, upholding company standards, managing external contractors, training and developing team members, ensuring the safe loading and transport of items, and maintaining excellent communication with clients to meet their needs.

Relocation Operative (Class 2 Driver)

As a Relocation Operative Class 2, you will be an integral part of our team, combining driving with hands-on relocation tasks. You will operate rigid commercial vehicles up to 18t, while also managing the loading and packing of furniture. Your role includes leading small teams during relocations and installations, overseeing projects to ensure compliance with company and legislative standards, ensuring the safe handling and transportation of items, and providing training and development to team members. Additionally, you will maintain company standards, including Waste Transfer Notes and daily vehicle checks.

Relocation Operative

As a Relocation Operative, you will play a key role in our operations by moving and installing office furniture and other items to new locations, recycling centers, or storage facilities. Your responsibilities include promoting company values, ensuring the safe loading and transportation of goods, and delivering high service levels through careful handling and property protection. The role involves a range of tasks, including office relocations, managing specialist projects like hospital or lab moves, and handling fine art and furniture. Flexibility is essential, as you will also be involved in regular removals and storage tasks.
