Account Manager

The Account Manager is responsible for managing and strengthening commercial relationships with assigned accounts to maximize revenue and margins. Key duties include overseeing relationships, promoting Restore Technology’s services, and integrating other business units when needed. For large or complex accounts, the Account Manager develops detailed plans with measurable targets and objectives, aiming to establish partnerships and manage risks and opportunities. For smaller accounts, the role involves documenting contact and contract details, tracking pricing agreements, and maintaining regular contact.

Client Sales Support

The Client Support role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, managing account reviews, and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities include handling collection requests, coordinating with sales and operations teams, and using software systems (CRM, ERP) to maintain accurate records. The role also involves attending networking events, ensuring service quality, reporting client feedback, and staying updated on Restore Plc’s services. Additional tasks and occasional overtime may be required.

Internal Sales Executive

As an Internal Sales Executive, you will focus on generating new business revenue and promoting additional services to existing customers. Your role involves achieving sales targets, negotiating pricing and contract terms, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include following up on opportunities to maximise conversions, gathering information to offer appropriate products, and liaising with the contracts department and depots. You will manage CRM data accurately, develop new customer prospects, generate cross-selling leads, and perform various office duties as needed.
