What we do

We’re commercial, life science and heritage relocation experts, from space planning to relocations and storage to recycling. We have a specialist life science team who are used to managing lab moves, storage and distribution and a biobank and disaster recovery services at our Cambridge branch, we also have teams who are experienced in moving and storing precious museum collections. So, we make any relocation simple, smooth and straightforward.

Meet some of the team

Terry Gibbs, Director UK Regions

Terry is responsible for full P&L for five of our branches – Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham and Bristol. He has significant experience leading major bid teams and negotiating contracts, account management of major customers and multi-site operational management. Terry started in the relocation industry 36 years ago with a focus on business relocations for the last 26 years. He joined Restore Harrow Green in 2002 to open up and develop a new branch in the Midlands. He then moved on to other roles including Regional Sales Manager, Head of Major Bids, Head of Relocations Midlands & North until appointed to his current role in 2010.

Scott Dudley, Finance Director

Scott joined Harrow Green in February 2015 from Axis Group Integrated Service where he was the Group Finance Director looking after both Security and Cleaning divisions for over four years. He has a proven track record of leading finance teams to deliver a high quality service. Instrumental In streamlining and improving processes, reporting methods and implementing analytical solutions. Scott has strong leadership skills, built to develop capabilities of the team to achieve individual and departmental success that is aligned to the company’s strategies.

Sharon Sales, ESG and Sustainability Lead

Sharon was appointed as ESG and Sustainability Lead in 2021, having previously worked for the business for 20 years. She has extensive expertise in ESG practices and sustainability strategies. With a passion for driving positive change, Sharon develops tailored sustainability initiatives that align with both our business and customers’ objectives and works across our business to ensure we are driving change.

Tim Ryder, Managing Director

Appointed as Managing Director of Harrow Green in January 2020. Tim has worked for the company for 31 years within Operations and Storage Services. Tim also spent three years in the Records Management Division managing their key customer accounts. In 2015 he returned to Harrow Green as Operations Director and has been instrumental in growing margin and making improvements in customer service and delivery.

Sarah Roots, Head of Marketing and Communication

Sarah joined Restore Harrow Green in 2021. An experienced Head of Communications and Marketing with a career spanning media, housing, and the construction sectors. She has a proven track record of driving impactful strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage stakeholders, and achieve organisational objectives. Her expertise is in navigating complex industries, cultivating partnerships, and leveraging emerging technologies to deliver compelling narratives and drive growth.

Miriam is the Head of People at Restore Harrow Green. With over 15 years of HR experience in multiple sectors, she excels in building relationships, coaching individuals, and teams, and problem-solving with a calm and pragmatic approach. Miriam is passionate about creating a positive work environment and is proud of the high colleague engagement scores at Harrow Green.
