Whether you’re a driver, a Class 2 driver, or want to be a Secure Collection Operative, we’ve got a role for you. Our drivers are vital to our operations, ensuring our customers’ data is transported safely by following all relevant traffic laws and company safety procedures, utilising proper loading and securing techniques, and prioritising safe driving practices.
As one of our warehouse operatives, you’ll be integral to our seamless and safe operation of shredding services with the business unit. You'll ensure the secure and efficient flow of materials throughout our warehouse, directly supporting our confidential shredding operations. You'll play a vital role in upholding the highest efficiency and safety standards, actively contributing to a safe and healthy work environment where safety is our top priority.

The Restore Datashred sales team is the driving force behind our continued success as the UK's leading secure information destruction services provider. We connect with businesses of all sizes, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions for secure document shredding, hard drive destruction, and other data security needs. As a sales team member, you'll act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through our comprehensive range of services, including on-site and off-site shredding, product destruction, and digital data destruction. You'll be instrumental in securing new business, nurturing existing accounts, and expanding our market share while promoting the highest standards in data security and environmental responsibility.

You’ll have the strategic ability to focus on business priorities and make commercially-based decisions. Natalie Matthews, Managing Director
Natalie oversees a team of over 350 employees and drives the company’s growth and success. With 30+ years of experience in IT, digital transformation, compliance, and M&A integration, Natalie is passionate about developing people and has successfully integrated seven acquisitions in the last two years.
Miriam Bradley, Head of People
Miriam has over 15 years of HR experience across multiple sectors, and excels in building relationships, coaching individuals and teams, and problem-solving with a calm and pragmatic approach.
