Apply for a role through our application tracking system, Eploy.

We’ll assess your suitability

One of our resourcing team will check your details against the essential requirements for the role. If they think you’ve got relevant experience, they’ll get in touch with you.

Phone interview and/or pre-screen

A recruiter will call you to find out more about your experience and suitability for the role. They’ll also give you more details about the role.

Hiring manager assessment

If the recruiter thinks you might be suitable for the role, they’ll pass your details to the hiring manager

Invitation for interview

If the hiring manager agrees that you might be right for the role, they’ll work with the recruiter to invite you for an interview.

Offer

After your interview, if we think you’re the right person for the role the recruiter will send you a job offer. They’ll also guide you through our onboarding process.

If you’re not successful

If we decide not to offer you the job this time, the recruiter will give you constructive feedback and support you in assessing other opportunities with us. If you’d like to sign up for our job alerts, they can help you with that, too.

Hints and tips

Always make sure that the role you apply for is based somewhere that fits in with your long-term plans. Do your research about our business before your interview, so you understand what we’re about.

Remember, interviews are two-way conversations, so take the opportunity to ask us questions. Above all, during your interview it’s important to just be yourself.

Here are some of the most frequently asked questions about our recruitment process. 

How do I apply for a role?

You can use our search tool to find opportunities near you. Simply click "Apply Now" to send us your application form and someone from our team will get in touch with you soon.

What can I do if there are no opportunities in my local area?

If we don’t have a role near you at the moment, you can register for job alerts. Or if you need more help, you can talk to our team or explore opportunities that may be suitable for remote working. Email the team on talent@restoreplc.com.

How do I prepare for my interview?

Before the day, get to know as much as you can about the relevant business unit and go through the job description. And plan your travel times in advance, so you arrive on time. On the day, please bring relevant paperwork with you, and have your confirmation email handy. If you’d like more guidance, take a look at our resourcing team’s hints and tips above.

Do you offer remote working?

Yes, some of our opportunities do offer remote working options, and we’ll always state this clearly on the job advert.

How will you help me develop my career?

We help you build a clear roadmap for progression across the business, and you’ll find a variety of further education and training opportunities. At senior levels, we also conduct regular people leader training workshops for all our leaders.

How can I find out how my application’s progressing?

Easy – just log in to your candidate portal and you’ll see the status of your application.

If I join you, what’s the onboarding process like?

Once you’re successful, you’ll find all your onboarding documents in your candidate portal. You’ll be able to fill them in there. And once they’re completed, you'll be Restore ready!
